As I was saying in a previous post, life is getting better for many people here.

Unfortunately, there’s a dark side to this: it’s hard now to find skilled workers: for every service a normal person needs, one has to peruse a huge number of yellow pages, make phone calls, get information, get rejected. Most often, get rejected; most people I’ve worked with in the past now tell me they can help me sometime in the future, because they are booked for at least three or four or SIX months! I’ve even offered them to pay more, no chance – they’ve already given their commitment and they won’t change it (I really appreciate this to these people).
